Knox Capital Solutions (“KCS”) has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s NACFB Commercial Broker Awards. The three shortlist nomination categories are ‘Bridging Broker of the Year’, ‘Buy-to-Let Broker of the Year’ and ‘Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year’.
The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (‘NACFB’) held their inaugural Commercial Broker Awards in 2020 via virtual ceremony which saw the team at KCS win as their ‘Bridging Broker of the Year’.
The winners will be announced at an in-person ceremony on the 29th September at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, the day before the NACFB’s Commercial Finance Expo. In addition to members of the NACFB, eleven industry experts are on the judging panel this year. Commenting on this year’s awards entries, NACFB Managing Director, Norman Chambers said in their media release; “The quality and quantity made both judging and determining the shortlist very difficult.” Entrants were asked to demonstrate excellence within their sector, with the judges looking for clear evidence from firms on how they have added value for borrower clients as well as detailing innovative ways of working when dealing with complex or difficult deals.
